Webinars
The CCHM will offer webinars to provide an overview of the CCHM and the application process. Webinars will be hosted in English with closed-captioning in Spanish. Webinars will be recorded for future viewing and posted on this page. Upcoming webinars are listed below.

Office Hours
The CCHM is offering “office hours” for group discussions with our Program Manager and members of the CCHM team. Applicants are encouraged to come to office hours with questions. Applicants are also invited to attend office hours even if they do not have a specific question. Applicants may choose to attend more than one office hours session, but questions from first-time attendees will be prioritized.
Office hours will be hosted in English with closed captioning in Spanish.
Additional office hours times for December will be added soon. 1:1 consultations may also be available after Dec. 1st on an as-needed basis (for a maximum of 30 minutes per applicant).
